The travelling exhibit is designed to educate viewers about Survivors' pre-war, Holocaust and post-war experiences by sharing their stories which inspired the works of art. These works of art are now available for educational purposes in the form of a travelling exhibit. The Travelling Canvasses consist of a large banner that replicates the original 18 canvassesin a more portable form.
The artwork is used to promote dialogue about:
-Holocaust awareness
-Remembrance and honouring the past
-The importance of intergenerational exchanges
-Resilience of the human spirit
-Human rights and lessons learned
-Professional development
-Motivational sessions on how to work through and overcome challenges
